I think Gerrard is the best midfielder in Europe or the world for that matter. He has the best passes, the best shots, he is the topscorer in CL right now, alongside Messi, and is also the higest rated player in CL, 7 points ahead of Messi.

Only midfielders that are close to Gerrard is: Lampard and Xavi Hernandez, maybe Fabregas too when he is in form and have better teammates around him. But none of these players I just mentioned is as loyal as Gerrard is to his club. PS: I`m NOT a LFC-fan

Not many players are as loyal to their club as Xavi and Gerrard, so I don't think you can say that either of those two are more loyal as the other..

liverpool were shit in istanbul,they only started playing well when Dietmar Hamman came on at half time..Fa Cup...who cares,big deal,liverpool against west ham who weren't even a premiership team at the time
