This thing is great until it quits. Their customer support is horrible. My roomba got stuck in the spot mode. Everything works but it only cleans a two foot area. iRobots customer support's response? Buy another one this one is broke. It was barely a year old and over $300 dollars. DONT BUT THIS Product.

Dont buy from HSN...They will scam you and give you a lesser model number than you order. Look around on the net and you will see what I am talking about. Find it elsewhere...You have been warned :-)

does this thing fall down the stairs???
HSN (October 5, 2008 at 7:32 pm)
It shouldn't. The Roomba has a built-in edge sensor that prevents it from happening.

no it's just meant for a house that tends to get dirtier, such as a house that has multiple cats and people who are constantly busy. or a larger house as the case might be.
