We drove by Hollywood Blvd. and La Brea (in Hollywood, CA) and saw David Lynch and a cow just chilling, helping to promote Laura Dern for academy consideration for his new film "Inand Empire." CHEESE IS MADE FROM MILK!!!!

Despite how crazy Hollywood can be, it takes serious balls to sit on the corner of a major street in public with a live cow and spout, for lack of a better word, riddles about cheese, as a means to promote a film....
Lynch will forever remain underappreciated as a surreal visionary, on the level of Salvador Dali...

there is one place where david really comes out of his shell and will speak candidly and privatly to anyone. that is lynch weekend at maharishi university in fairfield iowa.
i went the last two years and it was really fucking fun.
