I do not work in a club, pole dancing if a form of fitness and an expression for me - takes a huge amount of effort and i'm proud of what i can do.

took me 3 months to get to this level of dancing 6-8 hours a day for 3 months. video was made in november 2006! i do not do this amout of hours now though. in total i have been dancing for a year and 9 months.
i do not have any dance background, no ballet, gymnastics ect

About two minutes. Great work by the way, very tasteful. You clearly have a sense of modesty, which makes you stand out from most pole dancers who put video clips up on the net. Does your anxiety also carry with it obsessive-compulsive tendencies? Practicing 8 hours a day shows an extreme dedication....

it's a 50mm chrome xpole - works on pressure, no bolts, screws ect - can be set to spinning or static

i don't want to sound nasty but you are too young, i also wanted to pole dance at your age but i had to wait, if you don't have the space then your only option is to hire a hall with your own pole - this could cost you alot. plus being young you have to put up with ALOT of stick with the stigma that surrounds this sport, it's not nice being called certian things every single day
