okay i know what my problem is in just my round off. i always have one hand left on the ground, and it just doesnt flow, my mind just doesnt understand.....HELP!!!!!!!!

As I have tried it, if you tuck too fast you will go low, I mean you after your roundoff you have to wait to get air, then tuck :) hope it work for you ;)

lol actually i did a round off backhandspring back tuck at gymnastics the other day... i seem to have found the secret now. Thanks for the help.

jump more, untuck sooner or later and tuck sooner or later one of those.
record what ur doing watch it and decide what will you follow

do u need a standing bacflip to do that?

its easier with round off but u need to know what ur doing when u backflip
