Is it a little kid or a woman singing the ladybird's lines? Where exactly did Japan get their plethora of talented singing children in the 1940's (thinking this, Momotaro Umi no Shinpei, even back into the 30's with Fox and Badger)

The bee that saves the ladybird in the end is black. And it has even the same exaggerated spider's big-lips, hasn't it?
