English Translation:
Aum. We meditate on the radiance of the adorable Divine Being who is the soure and and projector of the three worlds - the earthly plane (Bhurloka), the subtle ethereal/mental plane (Bhuvarloka), and the heavenly plane (Svarloka). May that Supreme Divine Being stimulate our intelligence in order that we may realize the Supreme Truth."

Pretty...but not done correctly (I'm not being critical...I'm just sayin'). Listen to Sathya Sai Baba chanting it for the proper way to recite it. Correct recitation is essential for the full power of the mantra.

It is hard to say that Sathya Sai Baba chants better than others. Premal is not really chanting it. She's singing it. Namadeva uses the long version of the Gayatri Mantra, and he chants it somewhat differently than Sai Baba. I think the intent is very important when reciting and there will be some differences between people reciting mantras.

The Gayatri Mantra (THIRD TEXT, WITH THE REFERENCE):

"AUM, we meditate on the effulgence of that Adorable Divine Being, who is the source and projector of the three worlds - the earthly plane (Bhurloka), the subtle ethereal plane (Bhuvarloka), and the heavenly plane (Svarloka). May that Supreme Divine Being stimulate our intelligence in order that we may realize the Supreme Truth."

(Rig Veda III.62.10)
