Don't you think it's interesting though? You can see the liquid turning to gas rising through the column after all. The evaporation ring is pretty amazing, too.

Yes, this would only interest me if I could view it in real life, over the course of the whole experiment. 35 seconds just doesn't cut it. 10 minutes, then yes, I'd be interested. 35 seconds? I feel cheated.
