On main menu of driv3r under options there are
'cheats'. They are black. To Unlock them you need hex editor. Search the google for them. Example: Driv3r PC Hex Cheats.

there are no cheats for PC version, only xbox and ps2

As I Said There Are Cheats for PC version.
Search the google for them. You can type in google: Driv3r PC Hex Cheats.

Well it will be somewhere, likely in the Program Files folder on your hard drive. Perhaps in a Metaboli directory. Search your hard drive for "Driver", "Driv3r" or "Metaboli"
