VERSUS: PCEngine / TurboGrafx emulation - GP2X vs. GBA

Back

Split screen head to head comparison of PCEngine aka TurboGrafx/16 emulation running under the GameBoy Advance and GP2X. Considering that the GBA runs under 10MHz, it does a pretty good job.

The GBA certainly does a better job emulating a pcengine than SNES. SNES "versus" video:

Games running: Darius Plus, Sidearms, Ninja Warriors, Raiden, R-Type, and Street Fighter 2

Either way, if you like these "VERSUS" videos, check out this one comparing a mame cabinet to a handheld:

Great vid! BTW, the NDS can run PCE/TB16 roms via flashcart (like M3 DS Real, which can also run Game Gear, Nintendo, and Sega Master System roms).
Yohko86 (December 22, 2007 at 7:46 pm)
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the NDS can also run WonderSwan Color roms using the dualSwan emulator (just in case you wanted to do a comparison video on WSC emulation).

Yeah, I would like to have an M3 one day or one of those SDHC ones in the DS slot. they've come down so much in price.

The gba is far better than gp2x the commercial games on gba are amazing the gp2x has few games thet are rubbish compare to gba,why do people buy gp2x it's not popular console like gba the gba has been very high demand machine it even beat the n-gage qd.
tehlastninja (March 29, 2008 at 5:20 am)
The main reason people want a GP2X is that in can emulate (well!) Nes, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, C64 & Amiga. Not to mention runs MAME32. Who cares about the original games made for the GP2X. The GP2X is a retro gamers dream.

the gp2x emulates also the gba, this means that you can play also gba games on it
