Cat In The Hat DVD extras encoding problem

I tried to encode a piece of video that haunts my dreams, "Dance-Along with The Cat" an instructional video featured on the DVD version of the equally disturbing 2004 film "Dr. Suess' The Cat In The Hat" starring Mike Myers. Sadly, it had issues encoding but the results are equally entertaining.
