that audio clip he played was indeed rubbish and unintelligible, i am so glad i listened to him explain why!, so i can make sure i never do that. - i suppose it's not all about the facts but the way you tell it

Such excellent advice. I wish I'd learned this twenty years ago. I wanted to quit every time I got a rejection slip - and often I did.
