This is a test run of a compressed air poered go cart. There are 3 compressed air tanks, one or more scuba tanks. It is in Montreal Canada. It is one of three videos of this air car.

I am really impressed with how well it works... and I would feel great driving it knowing that all im emitting is fresh air! :D
But re-filling it might boost your hydro bill by a few hundred dollars lol.
