Oh and if they don't sell heroin then why are refugees coming out with reports that farmers are being made to grow poppies and Australia keep intercepting the shipments in...... NK vessels! Seriously, mate, go and defect in if you love it so much

They enjoy support because there's no alternative! If they're the only option and it's forced upon them from the moment they can read and write and even recognise a picture then of course the party will be well supported! People's own party? Why are the people starving to death then? Even with plenty of aid to keep everyone fed.

The ideology is forced on them, so if they choose not to accept the ideology why can't they buy a foreign made radio or cell phone?

You do not understand. Workers' Party of Korea enjoys overwhelming support in building Korean-style socialism. It is the people's own party; how could it be otherwise?

You make assumptions based upon foreign ideology, that the acquisition of imported consumer goods is what is most desired. This is not so. And DPRK does not make or sell heroin. Such a claim is ludicrous.

They live as they wish? So they can vote for another party? They can own a TV or radio bought outside NK or even a cell phone? Do they have internet access? What a load of rubbish you've said there! They might not be taking people, but they're not shy about selling Heroin to raise money either. Go and live there, you'll love it.

That was unfortunate, but it occurred long ago and is not the policy of DPRK. Criminals are treated harshly, as in any country, but law-abiding citizens live as they wish.

That is the problem with this. It films armed soldiers sneaking around at night next to a hostile border and implies that something sinister is occurring on the other side.

Seems a little dramatic. I just finished watching another documentary on North Korea and the footage was nowhere as sinister as this. They interviewed people on the street and even joked. Mind you, I'm not doubting the harsh aspects of North Korean life. I'm just saying, there not all robots.
