In 1970, in response to Nixon's widening of the Vietnam War into Cambodia, students throughout the US protested. Nixon sent the National Guard to restore order to the Kent State campus. The resulting consequences changed the course of the war.

KSU massacre. This is what happens when a bunch of spoiled rotten brats don't get their way. The correct way would have been to protest in peace. Vote for change.If you don't like the candidates run for office yourself. If you can't garner the support to change it than obviously you are in a small minority. Move somewhere where people share your opinion or live with it. The blood of the dead are on the hands of the rockthrowers. JFish how has your family member dealt with that?

Those hippies were filth; they're not my heroes... They provoked it and got what they deserved! If I had been there, a lot more of them would have died (I got to be a pretty good shot in Iraq...). Those troops were the heroes! Support the troops, and God Bless the Ohio National Guard!
