'ore' means something like 'me'..while 'sama' is a title used for somebody of a super high status...something like 'master'...so i guess 'oresama' means 'I'm a/the Master"...?? hehehehe......*dont quote me on that...just trying to help*

ore is a way of addressing yourself for males only. a junior would never address himself as Ore when speaking to a senior (unless considered cocky i assume) using oresama is basically what saikopuff said. sama is a suffix for those of high status or someone you greatly respect... example Gackt-sama. =]
