Laptop vs Desktop

Back

- Compucrazed94 is having a little spat with his father: should he get a laptop or a desktop? Compucrazed94 wants a desktop - its power far outweighs that of any laptop he could afford - but his father wants him to get a laptop - which is highly mobile. Which one is better?

I'd choose a desktop for various reasons:

1. I never go anywhere exciting.
2. My school doesn't allow desktops
3. Laptops don't have nearly as much ventilation as desktops.

That is why I prefer desktops.

even if your just at home all the time i would still choose labtop because some labtops are fking huge which cross of screen issue, and imo its just not as big of a hassle

Laptop is better because it has webcam, camera, and other kind of features that u can't do to desktop. you can walk w/ it to any place you want, but you can't carry desktop to any place you want. it just stay at one place and take more space too. so i wan't consider buying a desktop. too bad u couldn't convince me.

Your lucky. My Mom is Jewish and my Father is Christian, so we never did either so they didn't fight and feel like they were making us choose....Oh well. At least I wasn't a spoiled prick like some kids. I notice how a lot of people are very involved with materialistic things.
