I saw CATS in Athens, but I don't know whose voice was,I had chills listening to the song...a trully wonderful experience!

Well actual Elaine Paige song it first in the london cast, then my personal favorite betty buckley, Barbra Streisand might have done in between, but i am pretty sure she wasn't the first to sing this
