Omaha Police follow a robbery suspect who fires on officers during the pursuit as well as a shootout at the end, where one cruiser ends up in a less than desireable position.

Officer Rech was recently named an OPD officer of the year for 2007.

Guy had a shotgun. It's better to put the nose of the cruiser in the water than it is to take a shotgun blast.

I suppose you're right, during the pursuit no one's consistantly juggling flaming chainsaws, but all the same, there is A LOT of action in this, and a lot more than I've seen in any other police pursuit...
