This is the first latte art printing machine that I built in my spare time using inkjet cartridge and an old x-y plotter. Due to the overwhelming response I have formed the company where you can find out more about Latte Art Machines

Just saw a vid on how people are getting into this profession in Russian coffee houses. How it's a growing art form there. And it's already being replaced by technology. Amazing invention.. but damn this world.

me and my friend keep arguing about how you pronounce latte.

Is it laaaaate like paaaark.

or latte like cat.

lah-tey

Hope that helps...

yeah, its a neat idea, but the time it takes to make the art is a bit long. Could you imagine a line of customers at a coffeeshop waiting for that?

I just stick to the standard pour latte art, i never cared for toothpick-ed latte art because it takes away from the actual skill it takes to make it. (granted, i understand that the creme of the shot and the milk has to be steamed/frothed almost perfectly for good art.)
