what a piss off that the phenoms dont idle under 5 watts (like 3 watts or something) if hey did they would be revolutionary in terms of power efficiency and performance and i would gladly pay a couple hundred for one, but theyre not. idle state efficiency is the most important b'cause the processor spends more time in idle doing squat than not, why should we need fans as loud as hair dryers, and waste money for power drainage for a chip thats doing nothing, whats up with that.
