Because i've got so many requests
here are some tutorials you could use
to smooth her skin tutorial:


to change her eye color:


to download the fake eye lashes and hair brushes


on the left side you see the button download if you push on it you download the eyelash brush..
and after you downloaded it you open at photoshop brushes there you can download new brushes ,, so you pick the eyelash brush..
I put each eyelash o n a new layer so I can easily transform it ctrl+T

i was just woundering what version of the photshop was this that you used.if you could respond soon please because i really want to get it for christmas!.

Nice PS skills, but you still need a bit of work to get it perfect. As some people said, there are still some things that need to be improved on this picture, like head proportion and some more minorities. But for a schoold project, awesome work :)
