There is a flight sim at the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola. I'm sure that they spent A LOT more money than you did, but yours looks almost as good. Nice job.

Yes, actually we use a trackball-mouse so it takes up very little room.

are u able to put the joy stick imbetween your legs like in F/A-18s

We tried putting the joystick in the middle, but it was awkward to get in and out of the seat. We didn't want to build anything that people could trip over, so we left the joystick on the side.

The instruction manual and videos are from the DIYflightsims website. The link in the video comments will take you there. Almost all materials came from a hardware store.
