The FCC held a hearing on Network Neutrality at Stanford University, 4/17/08. Here is testimony from Robb Topolski revealing how he found out Comcast was using forged TCP Reset packets to shut down Gnutella transmissions of his barbershop quartet files.

Comcast has attacked our official University of Wisconsin webcasts and media. Comcast is clearly engaged in violating the FCC Rules on Interconnectivity and access.
