Yes, but it's very rare. Most people get first symptoms when they're 16-25.

One thing to keep in mind is that schizophrenia is a brain illness. When a person is ill or has been ill for a long time, even if they are appropriately treated, they still might have a harder time than most people organizing their thoughts. This is a symptom of the disease, so I don't think it's likely to be a drug side-effect. This is not to say that the drugs don't have side effects, particularly the older ones.

I suggest you go see your family doctor and let him/her know what is going on. There's lots of things that can cause symptoms and your doctor is a good person to sort that out.

I suggest going to your doctor with your concerns, he/she may be able to help you figure out if there's anything medically wrong. In women, hormone intense times like pregnancy and menopause can sometimes trigger psychosis or make things worse.

That's okay, I may have it considering that my late uncle had it.

Just a thought... This video is regarding schizophrenia and what Azz19991 wrote, whether intentionally or unintentionally can be interpreted as disorganized schizophrenia and this subtype includes disorganized speech which would lead to disorganized writing. Regardless of whether or not what this person wrote was due to a bad grammar/logic day or perhaps this disorder is irrelevant. The moral of the story is let's just be a bit more sensitive to others.
