there is an easy way to practice this. u make an "x" out of 2 needles and suspend it in a jar with a thread. u just have to think that u have to do it, and dont think about doin it to prove a point.
o and believing is a big part of it 2. if u dont believe it wont happen

a tip for any1 using telekinesis:
do not put your hand out, telekinesis is the power of the mind, hand position will does not matter, if u train with your hand out then your skills will become dependent on your hand being out.
