A tip to holding out a note longer: Don't move.
Moving takes more oxygen.
Think about it lol.
So.. Just don't move, and also close your eyes.
Because if you close your eyes your body is also more calmer.

We have to do stuff like this in band and our longest is about a minute with remembering these tips =]
