#901 - Thermaltake SwordM Case Video Review

Back

CHECK PRICES:

"Thermaltake SwordM Case is constructed from thick aluminum and this gives the case rigidly but it also adds weight. It's interesting to note that while the all-aluminum structures are produced through an automated process they are all fine-tuned by hand. For that reason the SwordM case is a Limited Edition product and very expensive. At the top are stylish and strong handles for maneuvering the case. The top of the case also effortlessly swings up thanks to two hydraulic rods. There is also a hydraulic rod on the left side door. Watch the video to find out more and check out the bloopers at the end." ~3dGameMan.com

I heard the water-cooling kit on this one tends to block some of the PCI ports? is this true? is it hard to do SLI/CrossfireX in this case because of that issue?

I own this case... Buy it if you have to money, you won't need another case ever again!

Pardon my ignorance, but where does the IO panel from the motherboard go? the back end looks confusing...

The back end completely opens up and you can see right inside, it's kind of annoying at first but you run the cords through the bottom and it makes up for of itself in the end.

Ha, I already asked this question here before didn't I? hehe, since then I had some problems so I still haven't even started.

Hey, do any of you have this case? what kind of computer desk do you guys use? is there any solution other than putting it on the floor (which I wouldn't do)? because I'm building a gaming rig soon and I really need a full tower case and been looking at the SwordM for quite some time, the thing is I'm trying to find some kind of desk where it would fit, my original Micro ATX case barely fits on the current desk I'm using.
