RGB Color
You can indicate color by using RGB mode too. eg. #336699 is a nice blue google likes to use. It stands for 33 red, 66 green, and 99 blue in hexadecimal. Here's a RGB color picker

you prbably made a mistake in the html, check that you have put all the semi colons and other stuff in before you try, i know it may sound tedious but imagine how hard it must be for major companys like google who find out they have a problem!!!
