thanks gaming. some of these players have "internal" batteries, which means once it dies, so does your player, if you know what I mean. so we have a lot of these puppies being tossed out after a year or two. not very "green" or ecologically smart.

hmmm well if its a lithium battery then it should last for a good 2-5 years. so no worry there. unless you do somethin retarded like drop it in water it should be fine, if u still find urself usin it in 5 years time and its broken. u could get a replacement battery for it dead cheap.

Lol, Thanks I was actually looking for that kind of opinion because I couldn't choose between this and a creative zen 8 gb. Yea I've heard a few people saying that it's all cheap plastic and glitchy =S so I'll get a sony walkman (maybe not that one but anyways...)
