I have that problem too. I get round it by using 'Import pictures' instead. You can still access videos this way.

yeh mate nice video, when i click on 'import video' it tells me that i cant import videos, it has to be supported by windows movie maker, this has anoyed me for a long time and i need help from what looks like a WMM expert so please reply to this comment, thanks

Every time i Bring up movie maker and click on "Import Video" the whole Movie Maker program closes down, well not permanantly but its really irratating, If anyone has any advice feel free to post a reply to this comment and tell me what is wrong
