Could you do this AS your cardio or should you do it ALONG with cardio?

You could do this AS your cardio, but should try and build up to 20-30 minutes...I would throw in a Medicine Ball during the squat thrust (1st movement) Lift the ball overhead, drop down, hit push up, and pick up the ball on your way up and lift it overhead (THAT is the Ultimate Squat Thrust).

Add some additional moves (crunches/ tricept dips ona chair/ lying leg cross overs) to work up to the 20 min mark, as doing only these 4 moves would get pretty boring.
