Many people say it would take along time to do this, I believe them but I going to try to do it in 3-4 months, Hey I went from being able to only run about half a mile to being able to run twenty miles in a little over a month, I'll report back if I can manage such a feat as this, going to be really hard,

Depends on how you eat and probably whether or not you run with it. If you were to supplement it you could do that in 6 months. They say it takes 3 months for your body to look like what you've been doing. If you have fat to cut the fat will be cut in three months, in three more months the muscle will be there.

It takes years to get that good of a body, dont beleive doing this will get you a six pack and ripped arms overnight, a week, or even 6 months. a year at least.
